once you click on more info, go ahead and click run anyway

if you see this message from windows, go ahead and clikc on YES
Step 5
you will see our rustdek remote software installation, this is normal
Step 6
once installed you will then provide the technician your ID and password
Step 7
conversely, you can also click accept for the technician
Step 8
you may end your session at any time by clicking disconnect
